This the tale of two brothers George and Argerious Mallous the owners of Pier House Restaurant and Wine Bar, located at Beach & Pittsburgh is Victorian Cape May, New Jersey. George is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), with campuses in Hyde Park, New York and St. Helena, California in the luxurious Napa Valley region, and Argerious is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, another prestigious school devoted to the finest in culinary training. At the Pier House Argerious is the chef and George is your host, and given their extraordinary training, you can expect the New American cuisine to be equally marvelous! The Pier House offers upscale dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus cocktails, wine and beer. They serve breakfast from 8:00 a.m. until noon, lunch from noon until 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Reservations are suggested for lunch and dinner. Call 609-848-0300.
